By launching Piksel Pusula and navigating its pixel-rendered world, you agree to the terms set out in this document. These terms govern your use of the game, including all map exploration features, the compass puzzle mechanics, and any future content updates. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue play and remove the application from your device.

Permitted Use of the Game

Piksel Pusula is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the game, including its maps, pixel art assets, compass algorithms, or narrative elements. Any attempt to extract, replicate, or build upon the game's proprietary systems without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Player Conduct in the World

While traversing the world of Piksel Pusula, players are expected to engage with the game's mechanics fairly and without exploiting unintended bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage in shared leaderboard or competitive features. Behaviour that disrupts other players' experiences, including the use of unauthorised automation tools or cheat software, may result in suspension or permanent removal of access. We reserve the right to update the rules of conduct as new game modes and community features are introduced.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content within Piksel Pusula — including the pixel compass design, world maps, character sprites, sound design, and storyline — is protected intellectual property belonging to the game's creators. Players are granted a limited, revocable licence to experience this content as part of normal gameplay. No ownership rights are transferred through your use of the game.

Updates and Changes to the Game

We continuously develop Piksel Pusula, which means features, map layouts, and gameplay mechanics may change with updates. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove content at any time in order to improve the adventure for all players. Limitation of Liability

Termination of Access

Termination does not entitle a player to compensation for any in-game progress or time invested.

Governing Law

Any disputes arising from the use of Piksel Pusula that cannot be resolved through our support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
